岗位职责
风险管理工作Risk management work：
协调维护公司全面风险管理体系健康运行。编制“公司风险管理年度计划”、风险管理业绩指标。组织全面风险管理体系运行情况的汇报材料，并定期向全面风险管理委员会报告。
Coordinate the maintenance of a healthy operation of company’s comprehensive risk management system. Prepare annual risk management plan and risk management performance indicators. Organize reporting materials on the operation of the comprehensive risk management system and report regularly to the comprehensive risk management committee.
对接股东方风险管理要求，对各部门落实全面风险管理委员会决策部署和工作安排情况进行跟踪。维护公司风险登记表，组织、协调、监督各部门全面风险管理工作的开展情况。重点关注公司重大重要风险的关键监控指标运行情况。
To follow up the risk management requirements of the shareholders and follow up the implementation of the comprehensive risk management committee’s decision and work arrangement. Maintain the company’s risk list and organize, co-ordinate and oversee the implementation of comprehensive risk management work in all departments. Focus on the operation of key monitoring indicators for the company’s major and important risks.
组织协调各部门开展高质量风险评估工作，提出有关全面风险管理的专业化建议，确保公司全面风险管理工作受控。
Organize and coordinate all departments to carry out high quality risk assessment work. To provide specialized advice on comprehensive risk management, and ensure that the company’s comprehensive risk management work is under control.
内部控制相关工作Internal control related work：
对照国家内部控制规范和股东方内控管理要求，维护好公司内部控制体系。
Maintain the Company’s internal control system against national internal control specifications and shareholders’ internal control management requirements.
维护公司权限管理程序及公司权限指引表，组织协调各部门做好分授权工作。在流程信息化过程中做好权限配置和流程蓝图的审核工作。开展日常行权履职监督相关工作。
Maintain authority management procedure and company DOA, organize and coordinate the work of various departments in the sub-DOA. Review DOA configurations and process blueprints during the procedure informatisation process. And carry out daily supervision related to the implement of authority.
基于内外部环境变化和公司风险评估结果，持续完善相关的管理控制程序和控制点。维护内部控制矩阵和检查表。
Continuously improve relevant management control procedures and control points based on changes in the internal and external context and the results of the company’s risk assessment. Maintain internal control matrix and checklists.
组织IMCS管理控制程序的年度自查和复查工作。对公司内部控制体系运行情况进行评价。并提交公司内部工作报告和按照股东方要求做好沟通和汇报工作。
Organize the annual CSA, recheck of IMCS management and control procedures. Evaluate the operation of the company’s internal control system. Regularly submit internal work reports of the company. Communicate and report as required by the shareholders.
组织内部控制和全面风险管理内部培训，以及内部控制和全面风险管理文化培育工作。
Organize internal training on internal control and comprehensive risk management, and assist in developing internal control and comprehensive risk management culture.
协助组织IMCS协调员工作例会、IMCS（内部控制和全面风险管理）委员会会议。
Contribute to the organization of IMCS Coordinator working meetings, IMCS (Internal Control and Comprehensive Risk Management) Committee meetings.
及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other tasks assigned by superior manager.
任职资格
本科及以上学历，化学工程或管理相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验，有石油化工行业从业经验优先。
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering or management, more than 3 years of relevant working experience, experience in petrochemical industry is preferred.
熟练掌握内部控制体系、全面风险管理、ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001和ISO50001相关知识。
Skillfully grasp the internal control system, comprehensive risk management, ISO9001, ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO50001.
良好的人际交往和影响力，善于根据需要，与各部门积极沟通。
Good interpersonal and influencing skills, Proficient at active face to face communications skills at an operational and each department as required.
能承受压力，按时完成任务。
Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.
良好的道德操守、自律性强。
Good business ethics, Self-disciplined.
良好的英语口语及书写能力。
Good English, oral and writing ability.
熟练使用Word, Excel 及PowerPoint 等办公软件。
Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
